Version 2026.05.1
Marketing Communication Disclosure
This disclosure explains how non-clinical marketing or educational communications are separated from healthcare-operational communications and what consent or opt-out controls apply.
Marketing Consent
Marketing emails or text messages should be sent only where the user has provided the required consent under applicable law.
Operational Separation
Healthcare-operational communications, security notices, and account-service messages are separate from marketing communications and may still be sent even when marketing preferences are disabled.
Opt-Out Controls
Users should be able to opt out through account settings, unsubscribe controls, SMS reply keywords where applicable, or designated support channels.
Frequency and Third Parties
ScoliBase should avoid excessive marketing frequency. If third-party campaign tools are used, their role should be disclosed and governed by appropriate agreements.
