Electronic Communication Consent
This consent explains the communication methods ScoliBase may use, the risks of electronic communication, and the responsibilities that apply when users choose to receive those communications.
Communication Methods
ScoliBase may communicate through portal notifications, email, electronic documents, and, where enabled, SMS or text reminders.
Risks Disclosure
Electronic communications may be delayed, misdirected, intercepted, filtered, or viewed by someone with access to your device, phone, or email account. Some notifications may contain limited detail and direct you back into the secure portal.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, securing their devices and accounts, and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Emergency Limitation
ScoliBase communications are not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies or urgent medical needs.
Consent Management
Users may be able to revoke or limit certain communication preferences through settings or support channels, except for communications needed for security, account administration, or other permitted operational purposes.
