ScoliBase, ScoliBase Connect, ScoliSnap, and ScoliWorks, together with their associated names, logos, branding, interface designs, educational content, workflow content, graphics, media, documentation, and software, are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

The ScoliBase platform and ScoliBase Connect application may include proprietary software components, source code, object code, databases, data structures, application programming interfaces (APIs), workflows, user interfaces, visual designs, documentation, and other technology owned by or licensed to ScoliBase.

ScoliBase Connect is part of the ScoliBase software ecosystem. The application's design, functionality, workflows, software, documentation, graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to ScoliBase and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to or use of ScoliBase Connect does not transfer ownership of the application, ScoliBase technology, or any associated intellectual property to the user.

Except as expressly permitted by ScoliBase or applicable law, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, redistribute, sublicense, sell, resell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from ScoliBase software, content, branding, or other protected materials.

Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, circumvent technical protections of, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to ScoliBase or ScoliBase Connect, except to the limited extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

ScoliBase, ScoliBase Connect, ScoliSnap, ScoliWorks, associated logos, and other ScoliBase names, marks, and brand elements may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without prior permission.

Users retain ownership of content they submit or upload to the service, subject to any rights held by other persons or organizations and applicable law.

Users grant ScoliBase the limited rights reasonably necessary to receive, host, store, process, secure, transmit, display, and otherwise handle submitted content for purposes of operating and providing the applicable ScoliBase services.

ScoliBase and ScoliBase Connect may incorporate or interact with software, services, content, or other materials provided by third parties. Those materials remain subject to the intellectual property rights and license terms of their respective owners.

Suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback submitted regarding ScoliBase or ScoliBase Connect may be used to evaluate, develop, or improve the platform and related services, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Questions or concerns regarding ScoliBase intellectual property or potentially unauthorized use of ScoliBase materials should be directed to the designated ScoliBase contact channels published by the organization.
