For security, ScoliBase reviews identity and account ownership before acting on a deletion request. We may contact you using the email provided to complete that review.
Medical, treatment, audit, security, billing, backup, and other records may be retained when required or permitted by applicable law, professional obligations, or the ScoliBase retention policy.
